Each home is fully furnished and equipped for carefree vacation living, with plenty of pure, hot and cold running water and internet/telephone service.  All villas are privately owned and are located in planned residentral areas.  Your cost for all this is surprisingly modest (please note the minimum rental period is one week)

Because we want to make sure you'll have every possible minute to enjoy your Montserrat vacation, we have arranged for maid service Monday to Friday,  as well as pool and garden maintenance and trash pick-up all included in your weekly rate.  Our information bulletins will tell you about nearby sports and other attractions, the beaches, shopping, banks, plus answers to most-often-asked questions.
